Rotogravure printing:
which belongs to copperplate printing, is to engrave patterns and texts by hand or electronic engraving machine, and then coat them with a layer of chrome.When printing, the surface of the printing plate is immersed in the ink, and the ink scraper removes the ink in the blank part, so that the ink only remains in the cells of the graphic part,and then under the pressure of the plate roller, the ink is transferred to the substrate ( film) surface to obtain prints. Rotogravure printing belongs to traditional printing. The substrate of gravure printing is film, and the surface film is divided into several specifications according to the fixed thickness, and the length is more than several kilometers.

Advantages: no color deviation, high color saturation fidelity, and all kinds of colors of the design draft can be restored in the largest Chengdu. The price can be about 10 times lower than digital printing.
